The Build•Tek custom order configurator walks you through each step, suggests common starting points, and fills in standard formulations for you to confirm or adjust, with guidance as you need it.

Start your custom order

Start with the type of product you need: a buffer or reagent solution, microbial culture media, an agar plate, or cryopreservation media. You will see common starting points to choose from, like a binding buffer for protein purification or a storage buffer for biologics, and guidance is there if you are still deciding.

Configure your formulation starting from standards like PBS or Tris, or share your own recipe. Build•Tek can fill in a suggested composition for you based on your application, which you can then confirm or adjust, tailoring the components, concentrations, pH, and additives to match your process.

Choose a container format that fits your process, from tubes and bottles to single-use bags and plates, then set your fill volume and the number of units you need. See our standard container formats for agar plates and liquid media.
