AAV•Tek AEX Buffer Screening Kit: AAV6 is a set of paired equilibration and elution buffers for anion-exchange chromatography of adeno-associated virus serotype 6 (AAV6). The kit is intended for method development and condition screening using strong anion-exchange media.

The kit contains 16 ready-to-use buffers arranged as eight matched pairs: Equilibration Buffer 3A and Elution Buffer 3B, Equilibration Buffer 11A and Elution Buffer 11B, Equilibration Buffer 18A and Elution Buffer 18B, Equilibration Buffer 23A and Elution Buffer 23B, Equilibration Buffer 55A and Elution Buffer 55B, Equilibration Buffer 57A and Elution Buffer 57B, Equilibration Buffer 58A and Elution Buffer 58B, and Equilibration Buffer 59A and Elution Buffer 59B.

  • Method Robustness and Range-Finding: Define acceptable operating windows for critical parameters (pH, conductivity, gradient).

  • Process Transfer and Comparability: Support tech transfer and lot-to-lot assessments with standardized buffer panels.

  • Troubleshooting Yield and Purity: Identify conditions to improve recovery, purity, and capsid integrity.

  • Workflow Prototyping: Prototype preclinical purification workflows prior to scale-up.
