YPD Agar Plates with 1 M Sorbitol and ClonNat-100 is a complex yeast medium for growth and selection of nourseothricin-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The YPD base supplies peptides, amino acids, vitamins, and fermentable carbon to support robust yeast cultivation.

Inclusion of 1 M sorbitol provides osmotic support commonly used during spheroplast recovery and transformation workflows, and 100 µg/mL ClonNat (nourseothricin sulfate) enables selection of NAT-resistant yeast transformants.
