50mM Tris with 150mM Sodium Chloride, pH 7.5 is a ready-to-use Tris-buffered saline in purified water, adjusted to pH 7.5. It provides near-neutral pH at physiological ionic strength. The 1 L fill supports laboratory and pilot-scale purification.
