0.25 M TAPS Buffer, pH 9.35, DNase/RNase Tested is a zwitterionic buffering solution prepared from TAPS free acid and adjusted to pH 9.35 at 25 °C. It provides stable buffering near alkaline pH for biochemical and molecular biology workflows, including nucleic acid handling steps that require minimal nuclease contamination.

Each lot is tested for detectable DNase and RNase activity. Use as a ready-to-use buffer for sample preparation, chromatography, and electrophoresis procedures requiring a 0.25 M TAPS buffer at pH 9.35. Store tightly closed at ambient laboratory temperature unless otherwise specified by protocol.
