20mM Sodium Phosphate with 400mM Sodium Chloride, pH 7.0 is a ready-to-use high-salt phosphate buffer in purified water, adjusted to pH 7.0. The 1 L fill supports laboratory and pilot-scale use.

It is commonly used as the mobile phase for size-exclusion chromatography of proteins, including antibody and ADC aggregates and fragments. The elevated salt suppresses ionic interactions between the protein and the column. Filter and degas before use on the HPLC.

  • SEC Mobile Phase: Mobile phase for size-exclusion chromatography of antibody and ADC aggregates and fragments.
  • Affinity Chromatography: Buffer for equilibration, wash, and elution steps on affinity resins such as IMAC and immunoaffinity columns.
  • Protein Purification and Chromatography: Phosphate-buffered saline for chromatography and holding steps.
