500mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.0 is a sodium phosphate stock in purified water, adjusted to pH 7.0. The 1 L fill supports laboratory and pilot-scale buffer preparation.

It is commonly used to prepare phosphate buffers for protein purification, chromatography mobile phases, and conjugation reactions. Dilute 100 mL to 1 L for 50 mM, and adjust pH with dibasic phosphate for chemistries that need a more alkaline range.
