0.1M Sodium Citrate, pH 3.0 is a ready-to-use citrate buffer in purified water, adjusted to pH 3.0. The 4 L fill supports repeated elution cycles at pilot scale.

It is commonly used as a low-pH elution buffer for proteins that bind affinity resins tightly, including antibodies on Protein A. Neutralize the eluate or move to the next step promptly to limit acid-induced aggregation.
