100mM Sodium Phosphate with 150mM Sodium Chloride, pH 6.8 is a ready-to-use phosphate-buffered saline in purified water, adjusted to pH 6.8. The 1 L fill supports laboratory and pilot-scale use.

It is commonly used as a mobile phase for size-exclusion chromatography of proteins, and as a phosphate-buffered saline for protein handling. Filter and degas before HPLC use.
