Blocking Buffer v2.0 is a ready-to-use blocking solution for plate- and membrane-based immunoassays. The 500 mL fill suits routine bench use.

It is commonly used to block unoccupied binding sites on coated plates and membranes in ELISAs, western blots, and other immunoassays, lowering background signal.

  • 0.1100% Citric Acid
  • 1.2114% Tris
  • ELISA Plate Blocking: Ready-to-use blocking buffer for occupying unbound sites on coated plates to lower background.
  • Western Blotting: Protein-containing buffer for blocking membranes and diluting antibodies in western blotting.
  • Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence: Protein-containing buffer for blocking and antibody dilution in IHC, ICC, and IF.
  • Flow Cytometry: Protein-containing buffer for antibody staining and washing of cells for flow cytometry.
  • Lateral Flow Assays: Running and sample buffer for lateral flow and rapid immunoassays.
