1M Ammonium Sulfate with 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 is a ready-to-use high-salt buffer in purified water, adjusted to pH 8.0. The 500 mL fill suits analytical and bench-scale preparative work.

It is commonly used as the high-salt binding buffer for hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) of proteins, including resolution of ADC species by drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR). It also supports screening of preparative HIC conditions.
