AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV6 - Elution Buffer 59B is an elution buffer for anion-exchange (AEX) purification of adeno-associated virus serotype 6 (AAV6). It is used to displace AAV6 particles from AEX media and collect eluate fractions during downstream processing.
