AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV6 - Equilibration Buffer 55A is used to equilibrate anion exchange chromatography media for adeno-associated virus serotype 6 (AAV6) workflows. It establishes the target pH and ionic strength of the column prior to sample application and between chromatography cycles.
