AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV6 - Equilibration Buffer 18A is a ready-to-use solution for equilibrating anion-exchange chromatography media prior to loading AAV6-containing samples. It is intended to establish defined pH and conductivity conditions at the start of the AEX workflow for AAV6 purification.
