AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV6 - Elution Buffer 3B is an anion-exchange chromatography elution buffer for adeno-associated virus serotype 6 (AAV6) purification. It is used during the elution phase to recover AAV6 particles from anion-exchange media following load and wash steps.

This buffer is intended for AEX unit operations within AAV6 downstream workflows and can be integrated into established purification processes where anion-exchange chromatography is employed.
