10mM Histidine, pH 6.5 is a ready-to-use, low-ionic-strength histidine buffer in purified water, adjusted to pH 6.5. The 1 L fill supports laboratory and pilot-scale development work.

It is commonly used as a formulation, holding, and diafiltration buffer for proteins and biologics, including monoclonal antibodies and ADCs. Add sugars and surfactant as the study requires, then verify pH.
