AAV Affinity Load High Conductivity Adjustment Solution is a high-ionic-strength chloride salt solution intended to increase sample conductivity prior to loading adeno-associated virus preparations onto affinity chromatography resins. It is used to adjust ionic strength without altering buffer composition, enabling preparation of feedstreams to target conductivity ranges recommended for AAV capture steps. The solution is compatible with common buffering systems used in AAV workflows and with a broad range of serotypes.

This product is ready-to-use, sterile-filtered, nuclease-free, protein-free, and does not contain buffering agents. Typical use involves incremental addition to clarified AAV samples or equilibration buffers to reach the desired conductivity, followed by verification with a calibrated conductivity meter. Store at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze.
