AAV Affinity Buffer Kit (20 L batch size) is a set of process buffers intended for adeno-associated virus (AAV) purification workflows that utilize affinity chromatography. The kit provides matched buffer solutions to support column equilibration, sample loading, washing, elution, and post-elution conditioning or neutralization steps in AAV capsid purification.
