AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Equilibration Buffer 23A is a ready-to-use solution for the equilibration step in anion exchange (AEX) chromatography of adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is used to condition the column to the intended pH and ionic strength prior to sample application and between purification cycles.

This buffer supports reproducible column preparation in workflows for downstream processing of AAV8, including laboratory and process development settings. It is intended for use with strong anion exchange media commonly employed for AAV capsid purification.
