AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Elution Buffer 18B is a ready-to-use chromatography buffer for anion-exchange purification of adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is used during the elution step to displace bound AAV8 capsids from AEX media by controlled ionic conditions, enabling collection of the target fraction. Supplied as a liquid solution, 0.2 µm filtered, for laboratory use in AAV purification workflows.
