AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Equilibration Buffer 18A is an anion-exchange equilibration buffer intended for use with adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8) during column conditioning prior to sample application. It provides defined ionic strength and pH appropriate for establishing initial binding conditions for AAV8 capsids on strong or weak anion-exchange media.
