AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Elution Buffer 10B is an anion exchange chromatography elution buffer intended for the purification of adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is used to elute AAV8 particles from anion exchange media during downstream processing and supports consistent buffer conditions across runs and lots.
