AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Equilibration Buffer 10A is a pre-formulated buffer for anion-exchange chromatography of adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is used to equilibrate AEX columns before sample application and to establish the starting ionic conditions for AAV8 purification workflows.

This buffer supports column conditioning and consistent baseline operation during equilibration and early wash steps in AEX-based processing of AAV8 capsids. The composition is proprietary to Teknova. Please get in touch if you would like more information or have any questions.
