AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Elution Buffer 24B is an elution buffer for anion-exchange chromatography of adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2). It is used following column loading and washing to release AAV2 particles from anion-exchange media under controlled ionic conditions.
