AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Elution Buffer 18B is a buffer solution intended for the elution of adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2) during anion exchange chromatography. It is used to release bound AAV2 capsids from AEX media under defined process conditions and to facilitate collection of the eluted fraction for subsequent downstream steps.
