AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Equilibration Buffer 2A is an equilibration buffer for anion-exchange chromatography of recombinant adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2). It is used to establish column conditions prior to sample loading and to maintain defined pH and ionic strength consistent with anion-exchange workflows for AAV2 purification.
