AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Elution Buffer 1B is an elution buffer for anion exchange purification of adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2) vectors. It is used to release AAV2 from anion exchange chromatography media following sample loading and wash steps.

The buffer is supplied ready to use and can be incorporated into AEX workflows for research and process development. Following elution, collected fractions may be directed to downstream operations such as buffer exchange, concentration, or final formulation as required by the process.
