PCR Certified Water is nuclease-free water for molecular biology. Each lot is tested for endotoxin and for DNase and RNase activity, and certified for PCR use. The 1 L fill supports high-volume bench use.

It is commonly used to prepare master mixes, standards, and sample dilutions for PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, and NGS library preparation, and as the no-template control. In bioprocess QC, it supports qPCR quantification of residual host-cell DNA.
