PluriFreeze™ PF10 is a low-viscosity cryopreservation medium with 10% DMSO, developed by Pluristyx as part of the PluriFreeze cryopreservation system. It combines DMSO with the PluriFreeze Base formulation, so cells move from wash and hold into the freeze in a consistent chemical environment. It is suitable for stem cells such as iPSCs and MSCs, immune cells such as NK and CAR-T cells, continuous cell lines, and other cell therapy materials in development and manufacturing, as well as cord blood, apheresis, and leukopak processing. Post-thaw performance is on par with the industry standard in tested cell types, and its low viscosity supports accurate fills and closed processing at clinical and commercial scale. Dilute it with PluriFreeze Base for a lower final DMSO concentration. Chemically defined and animal-origin-free.
