20X PBS Solution with 0.1% Tween-20, Non-Sterile is a concentrated phosphate-buffered saline containing a nonionic surfactant for gentle washing and reduced nonspecific interactions in routine laboratory workflows. When diluted 1:20 with deionized water, it yields 1X PBS with 0.1% Tween-20 suitable for wash steps, reagent dilution, and maintaining ionic strength and buffering capacity in biochemical and immunoassay procedures.

This product is supplied non-sterile and is intended for further processing; sterilize by filtration or other validated methods if required for the application.

Western Blotting: Membrane wash buffer to minimize nonspecific antibody binding and background.
ELISA: Plate wash buffer between incubation steps to reduce background and improve signal-to-noise.
Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence (fixed samples): Wash and mild permeabilization to lower nonspecific staining.
Antibody Diluent: Dilution buffer for primary/secondary antibodies to reduce off-target interactions.
Nucleic Acid Blotting/Hybridization: Wash buffer for Southern/Northern/colony blots to decrease probe background.
Bead-Based Immunoassays/Immunoprecipitation: Wash buffer for magnetic/agarose bead complexes to limit nonspecific binding.
Plate and Membrane Blocking Workflows: Buffer component with Tween-20 to block surfaces prior to assays.
Microbiology Colony/Immunoscreening: Wash buffer in colony lifts and immunodetection of E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and related bacteria.
Flow Cytometry (fixed cells): Washing fixed cell suspensions to reduce nonspecific antibody binding.
