100 mM ATP Solution, pH 7.5 RNase Tested is an aqueous adenosine 5'-triphosphate stock adjusted to pH 7.5 and verified to be free of detectable RNase activity. This solution is used as an energy donor or substrate in molecular biology and biochemistry workflows, including DNA ligation with ATP-dependent ligases, kinase reactions, in vitro transcription with RNA polymerases, and ATP-dependent nuclease or motor protein assays.

Applications include preparation of reaction mixes requiring defined ATP concentrations, optimization of enzyme kinetics, and supplementation of buffer systems in cell-free assays. The RNase-tested status makes it suitable for procedures involving RNA. Store at −20 °C and minimize freeze–thaw by aliquoting. Thaw on ice, mix gently, and keep on ice during use. Dilute with appropriate nuclease-free buffer or water to the desired working concentration.
