Tryptic Soy Broth with Animal-Free Soytone is a nutrient-rich liquid medium formulated for the cultivation of a broad range of nonfastidious bacteria, including aerobic and facultative anaerobic species such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacillus subtilis.

Animal-free soytone provides peptides and amino acids, glucose supplies a readily metabolizable carbon source, potassium phosphate contributes buffering capacity to help maintain pH, and sodium chloride supports appropriate osmotic conditions. GMP manufactured.

  • This is a GMP-grade product that is manufactured in compliance with our Quality Management System in ISO 13485 certified facilities. 2.00% Animal-Free Soytone
  • 0.25% Glucose
  • 0.25% Potassium Phosphate
  • 0.50% Sodium Chloride.
