Terrific Broth is a rich medium for cultivation of E. coli, often used for growth prior to plasmid purification.


The 454 g size comes with 300 mL of glycerol. The 1 kg size comes with 500 mL of glycerol. Use 50.9 g of powder and 16 ml of glycerol per liter to reconstitute media.<.p>
