There will be an International Bank Processing Fee of $20.00 for orders under $300.00.
Any items that require dry ice will be charged a dry ice fee of $35.00 per order and any items considered hazardous will be charged $45.00 for the 1st box and 27.50 each additional box.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order unless otherwise notified. All shipments are sent F.O.B. point of origin. Freight and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate item. If you wish to use your own courier account number or specify method of shipment. Please add note to the order comments section.
Certificates of Analysis
Certificates of Analysis are available for all of our products. For some products we do not include a Certificate of Analysis with the order but we will be happy to furnish one upon request. Safety Data Sheets

Inspection and Returns
Upon your receipt of goods shipped hereunder, you shall inspect the goods and notify our Customer Service Department of any claims for shortages, defects or damages. If you fail to so notify us within three days after you receive the goods, the goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to these Conditions and to have been irrevocably accepted by you. Our Customer Service Department and a return authorization number given to you prior to the return of goods must approve authorization for all product returns. Not all items will be authorized for return, due to temperature and packing requirements. Items authorized for return must arrive at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale to be eligible for product credit. A restocking charge of 10% or $25 (whichever is greater) shall be charges on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours. Shipping charges will not be credited. Goods may not be returned for credit after 20 days after your receipt of the goods.
