Formulation

Composition (reconstituted):

  • 1.00% Tryptone,
  • 0.50% Yeast Extract,
  • 0.50% Sodium Chloride,
  • 2.00% Agar,
  • 0.45% Dipotassium Phosphate

To reconstitute, dissolve 44.5g per liter of water. Autoclave to sterilize.
