5-FOA Plates, w/o Tryptophan

Ready to use 5-FOA containing plates for the counter-selection of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Schizosaccharomyces pombe and other fungi species containing an ortholog of URA3, is used to cure yeast strains of plasmids, plasmid shuffling, allelic replacement and in two-hybrid screens.


Temperature sensitive items must be shipped overnight.
