Description Technical Docs   Description: 0.13% Amino acid dropout mixture minus leucine, tryptophan, and uracil. 0.17% yeast nitrogen base, 0.5% ammonium sulfate, 2.0% glucose. Ammonium sulfate is added after autoclaving. A 20ml vial of 25% ammonium sulfate is provided per liter pouch. Application: Used for molecular cloning experiments in yeast.
