Ingredients:
1.0% Tryptone (10.0 g/L)
0.5% Yeast Extract, (5.0 g/L)
1.0% Sodium Chloride (10.0 g/L)
1.5% Agar (15.0 g/L)
50 µg/ml Kanamycin
